12-01-1982	S.O. 15(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 21 of the Maritime Zones of India (Regulation of Fishing by Foreign Vessels) Act, 1981 (42 of 1981), the Central Government hereby directs that Dwarka, Probander, Bombay, Ratnagiri, Mangalore, Vasco-da-gama, Cochin, Ramanathapuram, Madras, Visakhapatnam, Jagatsingpur, Tamluk and Port Blair shall be the places for purposes of the said section.
11-11-2009	S.O. 28S8(E).-ln exercise of the powers conferred by clause (m) of section 2 of the Maritime Zones of India (Regulation of Fishing by Foreign Vessels) Act, l98l (42 of l98l) and in supersession of the Notifications of the Government of India in Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Agriculture and Cooperation, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section(ii), vide number S.O. 314(E), dated the 1Oth May, 1982, Ministry of Food Processing Industries vide number S.O. 893(E), dated the 25th November, 1993 and number S.O. 40(E), dated the 13th January, 1997,the Central Government hereby specifies the ports of Okha, Porbander, Mumbai, New Mangalore, Goa, Cochin, Tuticorin, Mandapam, Chennai, Visakhapatnam, Paradeep, Haldia, Port Blair, Kolkata, Puducherry and Kakinada as specified ports for the purposes of the said Act.
02-12-2013	S.O. 361f(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (m) of Section 2 of the Maritime Zone of India (Regulation of Fishing by Foreign Vessels) Act, 1981 (42 of 1981) and tn supersession of the earlier Notification published vide number S.O. 2888(E), dated 13th November, 20O9 in Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii) of the Extraordinary Gazette of India, the Central Government hereby specifies the ports of Okha, Porbander, Mumbai, New Mangalore, Goa, Cohin, Tuticorin, Mandapam, Chennai, Visakhapatnam, Paradeep, Haldia, Port Blair, Kolkata, Puducherry, Kakinada, Krishnapatnam, Nizampatnam, Karaikal and Gopalpur as specified ports for the purposes of the said Act.
